Phenolic fabric laminate is a high-performance insulating material. It is manufactured by impregnating cotton fabric with phenolic resin and then hot-pressing it under controlled temperature and pressure.

Production process of phenolic fiber rods
1. Prepreg production (impregnated fabrics)
The cotton fabric is impregnated with phenolic resin and dried to a semi-cured state (stage B) to ensure that the resin content and stability are controlled.
2. Hot pressing
The prepreg is wound or stacked onto a mandrel and cured at 140–160°C and under pressure to form a dense laminated bar with strong internal adhesion.
3. Post-processing
After curing, the rods are demolded and further processed into finished mechanical parts.
