Our epoxy fiberglass filament-wound tubes are manufactured using high-quality continuous E-glass fibers impregnated with premium epoxy resin via an advanced wet-winding process. Designed specifically for high-voltage electrical equipment, these tubes offer superior mechanical strength, excellent dielectric properties, and outstanding machinability.
We offer both bulk supply of raw tubes and high-precision CNC custom machining services—including turning, slotting, drilling, and threading—fully compliant with your engineering specifications.

Key advantages of our filament-wound tubes:
1. Superior mechanical toughness: Compared to traditional rolled-fabric tubes, continuous filament winding offers higher hoop tensile strength.
2. Excellent dielectric properties: Low partial discharge (≤5) and high dielectric strength ensure reliable insulation performance under high-voltage, heavy-load conditions.
3. Precision CNC machining: Equipped with advanced CNC lathes to provide precise turning, custom grooving, drilling, and edge chamfering with strict tolerance control.
4. Environmental certification: 100% compliant with ISO9001, RoHS, and halogen-free environmental standards.
