Our ESD FR4 epoxy fiberglass laminate (also known as anti-static fiberglass board) is a high-quality industrial composite material. It is composed of high-performance woven fiberglass fabric and advanced anti-static epoxy resin, tightly pressed together under high temperature and high pressure.
Unlike inexpensive sheets with temporary coatings, our material incorporates conductive particles—such as high-quality carbon black—uniformly into the matrix. This ensures stable, long-lasting electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection that will not wear or wash off, while maintaining a surface resistivity of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω to safely dissipate static charges without generating sparks.
