The black FR4/G10 epoxy board is made of electronic glass cloth and epoxy phenolic resin. The reinforcing material, electronic glass cloth, is pre-impregnated in the resin and then hot-pressed into a board at high temperature. Glass transition temperature: 150℃; dielectric loss tangent: 0.035°; minimum breakdown voltage: 60kV; maximum moisture absorption: 0.08%.
What types of epoxy resin boards does SJ Company offer?
These materials include FR-4, FR-5, G10, G11, and 3240, with FR-4 being the most commonly used. Based on whether they contain halogen elements, they can be divided into halogenated epoxy boards and halogen-free epoxy boards. Halogen-free FR-4 is yellow, while halogenated FR-4 comes in black, light green, and yellow.
