Product Introduction: Thermal insulation spacers (also known as epoxy resin insulation spacers) are a common type of insulating material. These spacers can be customized into square or circular shapes according to specific customer requirements. They offer numerous advantages, including high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent toughness. Key application areas include the manufacturing of switchgear, transformers, and circuit board substrates.

Product Functions: Electrical Insulation: Effectively isolates live components, preventing short circuits or leakage currents, thereby ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
Mechanical Support and Spacing: Used in equipment such as motors and transformers to secure, support, or space various components while withstanding specific mechanical loads.
High Environmental Adaptability: Capable of stable operation in harsh environments, including high humidity, high temperatures (up to 155–200°C, depending on the insulation class), and exposure to transformer oil.
Low-Shrinkage Curing: Features a curing shrinkage rate of less than 2%, ensuring excellent dimensional stability and making it suitable for precision assembly applications.
Application Areas:
Motors and Electrical Equipment: Used for slot and phase insulation or structural support in motors, instrument transformers, ballasts, switchgear, and similar equipment.
Power Transformers: Serves as insulation blocks or spacers, maintaining insulating performance under conditions of transformer oil pressure and high humidity.
• Electronic Equipment: Used as circuit board substrates, insulating supports, or connecting elements to enhance equipment reliability.
• Industrial Equipment: Suitable for applications requiring high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, such as laboratory countertops and insulating components in chemical processing equipment.
