Phenolic paper laminated sheet, commonly known as Bakelite board, is a widely used industrial insulation material made from high-quality bleached wood pulp paper and cotton linter paper, impregnated with phenolic resin and processed under high temperature and pressure.
It offers excellent electrical insulation performance at normal temperature, good mechanical strength, and outstanding machinability, making it one of the most widely used laminated materials in the electrical and mechanical industries.
What is Bakelite Board?
Bakelite board is a paper-based phenolic laminate produced by impregnating insulating paper with high-purity synthetic phenolic resin, followed by baking and hot pressing.
