Product Introduction:
Mica sheets are made by bonding mica paper with silicone rubber, followed by heating and pressing. The mica content is approximately 90%, and the silicone rubber content is 10%.
Features:
It possesses high insulation strength, high electrical resistance, low dielectric loss, and excellent arc and corona resistance. It is hard, heat-resistant, and exhibits excellent flexural strength and processability. This product boasts high strength, good toughness, and strong thermal insulation properties.
Product applications: Suitable for household appliances, electric irons, hair dryers, toasters, coffee machines, microwave ovens, electric heaters, refining furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, ferroalloy furnaces, yellow phosphorus furnaces, high-temperature insulation materials, as well as various welding machines, surge protectors, and electric heating elements. Also suitable for the metallurgical and chemical industries, including industrial frequency furnaces, medium frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces, and injection molding machines.
