Epoxy resin fiberglass rods, also known as epoxy resin insulating rods, are made by impregnating high-strength glass fibers with an epoxy resin matrix and continuously baking and pressing them into products with cross-sectional shapes using a “draw forming” process on a professional mold. Examples include round rods, square rods, slotted wedges, I-beams, channel-shaped parts, and various complex-shaped products.
Product performance: Lightweight, with stable mechanical properties and excellent insulation performance, possessing high mechanical and dielectric properties. It can cover a voltage range of 10kV to 1000kV. The product’s tensile strength is particularly outstanding, reaching 1360Mpa or above, significantly exceeding the 570Mpa tensile strength of No. 45 precision cast steel.
Technical parameters:
Application scope:Insulation components for motors and electrical equipment, including various switches, electrical insulation, FPC reinforcing boards, carbon film printed circuit boards, computer drilling pads, molds and fixtures, etc. (PCB test fixtures). Suitable for use in humid environments and in transformer oil.
